They’re also the perfect way to push yourself on heavier lifts, with me there to not only motivate you, but to assist you when needed.
If you’re a gym newbie, have no fear, I take a laid back approach to ease you in gently and give simple explanations to exercises to educate you along the way. Although PT sessions are a great time-efficient way to get a fun workout, I want you to be able to take what you’ve learnt in our sessions and apply them to your own workouts.
