Ever felt unsure you’re doing an exercise right and YouTube isn’t reassuring you? PT sessions are a great way to ensure your form is correct and allow you to complete exercises safely, minimising the risk of injury. They’re also the perfect way to push yourself on heavier lifts, with me there to not only motivate you, but to assist you when needed.


If you’re a gym newbie, have no fear, I take a laid back approach to ease you in gently and give simple explanations to exercises to educate you along the way. Although PT sessions are a great time-efficient way to get a fun workout, I want you to be able to take what you’ve learnt in our sessions and apply them to your own workouts.
