Gain confidence every rep of the way

My fitness journey started like many — I went through a tough break up and decided enough was enough. It spurred me on to develop discipline in all aspects of my life, regain my confidence, and lose over 5 stone since 2018.

Along the way I found myself supporting others who also wanted to improve themselves both physically and mentally. I loved the process so much that in 2020 I qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, and became an online coach to empower even more people regardless of location. 


I’m a big believer in falling in love with the process, not the end product, which led me to bodybuilding — a sport where you are continuously improving yourself, keeping you forever humble. I am now a two time Bronze winner in the Physical Culture Association (PCA) Wellness, and am an Illegal Nutrition ambassador (code: SL10).

Frequently Asked Questions

The recommended amount is 3 sessions a week alongside a healthy diet.


Not at all — everything is online using the Apotheo app and you can train at your chosen gym.


Essentially none to begin with, but once you’ve been training consistently for 2-3 months we can introduce supplements as an extra.


Yes if you want to be accurate with your nutrition.


Of course — with increased steps, at least 3 gym sessions a week, and a healthy diet you'll be fit in no time!


Yes, we can make adjustments around your commitments.


1-2 if you’re completing training on your own as well.
